4 Day Incentive in Portoroz

The Client organized the yearly conference for their delegates in Portoroz. Staying at the Kempinski Palace Portoroz, they enjoyed the luxury of the only five-star superior hotel in Slovenia. Located in the most known Slovenian resort of Portoroz, just a few steps from the Adriatic Sea, it is a perfect location for large and small groups.

The program we managed, was the supporting program to the conference. First day started with the arrival of the group to the Airport of Ljubljana. Within a short transfer, the guests visited the city centre of the Slovenian Capital together with an open-air lunch just directly in the green heart of the Capital.

Second day offered to the guests a selection of options to spend their afternoon exploring the area. A selection of activities included: wine tasting, biking tour and a walking tour of Piran. The evening was reserved for a seafood dinner in the beautiful Piran. Guests had the change to taste some of the local seafood delicacies alongside with the local wine.

Third day was the day of the full day experience in Venice. Guests enjoyed a private boat sail to Venice, directly form the pier in Portoroz. A three-hour sail was entertained with a rich coffee break and wonderful scenery once entering the Venice canal. The disembarkation at San Basilio was followed with a walk-through Venice all the way to the Restaurant, where guests had sampled the Italian cuisine. Next was a walking tour of the San Marcos area before embarking bac on the taxi boats, to reach the Port. Departure was scheduled in order to use the sunset as a beautiful background of the sail away in Venice. Dinner was served buffet style on-board the catamaran. Guests had a wonderful time in Venice as they had a rich and entertaining program.

In order to finish the program in excellence, the client decided to add a stop at the Postojna caves. Followed by lunch, the visit was the right end to the overall program before proceeding back to France.
